BINGO , Twyynke you define aleader as i would, and Nonaame DOES have ALL those qualities , EXCEPT one , he does not desire to really lead he just wants to hold his friends together and have fun with you all.Odly the lack of desire he has is ALSO a REQUIREMENT for a good leader (people who want all the hell of leadership often have "other" agendas), for me it is much the same as Non, i really dont want to lead , just follow, but, i have little patients to wait for others to take initiative and as such gain an unrelenting urdge to lead. Do to some general posts people seem to think i am a hard ass, ROFL, nothing could be more from the truth UNLESS on a raid and ask any of my guild members i give my all to them and they know it, of course , some may feel negleted some of the time , but , i am one person and i can only do so much. As for you Star to say nonaame is not a leader by my defanition is not an insult in any way, i am sorry you cant see that even though he does.
Anyhow i want at least some to know what happened in full at the end of last night.
Yesterday befor the meeting i took a guild poll and there were simply too many not willing to lose TVs name, esp those that have helped build it through newby events where we give newbies little quests with nice rewards , or buff stations, or the ones that have helped me make up to a zone for the occasional bad apple the guild has invited.I never tried to imply to anyone that HoH losing their name and joining TV was fair its just i cant do otherwise.So to move on, last night i was locked out of a chat room created just for TV, so i went to your officers chat and asked if someone could go and let my guild no i could not get back in, at wich time i think Acumen went to fix this. It was then that someone asked me if TV would be willing to lose its name (now mind you there were no hostilities till this point at all) but as soon as i said that we could not change TVs name EVERYTHING went to hell, first people started insulting me, then in an attempt to remedy things i chose VERY poor words in haste to try and explain why we could not. These same things were discussed time and time again by me and Nonaame , including the idea that he is realy not a leader (by my defanition, and i suspect by his too, at least somewhat) because he really does not want to be a leader. At this point nothing was gonna happen right, i was tryin to type as fast as i could, deal with my screaming daughter, and talk to my wife that JUST got home, wich let me to comunicate things completely wrong, for the most part Nonaame new what i meant after he read it, but no one else did. Now ,this all behind us , there are several people that just cant see that maybe there WAS some miscomunication and instead just wish to insult me, thats fine , all are entitled their opinions, BUT , they are going to ruin what could at least have been a very nice alliance where everyone won, and friends get together a little more.

Please i am no good at speeches, read this with an open mind and try to get the gist of it, and not find any insult you can , because none are meant, or implied, instead take my appology for my bad choice of words and look for what i mean by them, you may see a person just like you, that is only trying to remedy a bad night and comunicate his thoughts.
