Emel, This is a challenging topic you've proposed. I would suggest, first, that you be careful about the poetry piece you intend to write. Make sure that you yourself are not objectifying (or opposite, glorifying) the very same women in your own poem. This means, the "perspective," "point of view," or "persona" in the poem will be crucial. As you focus on the women in Dien Cai Dau, also remember that there are grey areas. Are the women one-dimensional or are they more complex in the poems and how does that lend (or not) some humanity or multi-dimensionality to them as people rather than as flat characters of oppression? Some thoughts to chew on. Prof Yun
