I'm interested in how you get feedback from your body at the time or just after you've said something a little off about someone else. It sounds like this is pretty conscious for you. My body usually doesn't speak up until about a week later. Some kind of slow connection there.

Actually it's interesting that you brought up my GS's here because they are probably pretty relevant to this discussion too. The part of me that wants attention may sometimes be getting it by making self-serving remarks. I used to be very shy and hardly ever spoke. Now I'm becoming the flip side. It seems like my mouth doesn't quite have enough experience to know when to keep itself shut.
