Oh, Honey, I am so tired! And this just goes on. My sense now is that I will keep seeing for a long time all the ways this .......Jyoti used the word "blueprint" to me......this blueprint distorts my relationships. Right now I am looking at how I listen to others and how often I feel the pressure, and give in to the pressure, of trying to fix or help, when often what is best is just to LISTEN. (This noticing came from a piece of Deidra's wisdom.) I am adding listening to my yoga. Of course, just listening on email or the forum doesn't quite work. But I am seeing that I always feel that if I don't respond, keep communicating, then someone I haven't kept tabs on(!) will lash out at me!

You have given me so much here. If I speak less for a while on this forum, it will not be because I am holding you less!
I need to reassure myself by saying this!
