Thanks John for your kindness, your incredible thoughts and your holding. How I AM at this moment, which is very early in the morning to most people, but late at night to me, IS opening into wonder. I have blathered on into the night in my journal until coming to the realization that it is the mind itself that is obsessed. That THINKING, FIGURING IT OUT, MAKING SENSE OF IT ALL, UNDERSTANDING THINGS is the basic obsession that keeps me from knowing the wonder and mystery of all that I AM and YOU ARE, WE BE...

There is something you've said here that resonates with where I find myself to be, it's that sense that my heaviness, for instance, simply is heaviness...it is my mind that makes it problematical and resists it by any means at hand...sometimes it's so hard to just stop and when I do there is this automatic starter that keeps doing its thing. Smile.
