 Hi and thanks: thanks Cassie for helping me feel less alone in heaviness and thanks John for reminding me that it's OK to just BE (however hard that is). I am currently attempting to let the confusion of my conditioned mind just be, and accept what I feel AS IS. Why does it seem so much harder to let pain be than it does to let joy be? (Why, in fact, does the one appear so much more frequently than the other?) My mind appears to love identifying with pain! Thanks again for your remarkable messages. Love, Emma
