Perhaps lingham and yoni are joined at the wound of the heart.

Tantric images are, particularly the more archetypal images - two dimensional symbolic paintings - are such food, such beautiful images to gaze on. They help me engage in self- exaltation of consciousness, but in both directions: up and down.

I love finding images for this wound of embodiment. This dream was for me something to contemplate in this fashion. As a poet, I go for the image first and find the meaning later, and so I want to be sure to clarify this lingham-yoni context in order to contain such raw, taboo material. It's probably already clear, but just to make sure, as this is an open forum.
