Chris
I think we're on line at the same time.

Funny you mention so much blood and even period, as yesterday's fall into my core would coincided with the onset of my monthly period. Don't know if you've ever read Eckhard Tolle's POWER OF NOW. I'm ambiguous about the guy in many ways, but it's interesting what he says about women, periods and what he calls "the pain body".

One thing I forgot to mention on my posting, and which is a little (but not exactly) like your fusion of being: in my torment yesterday, when I went for that walk, I passed through a local favourite park of mine. One tree in particular grabbed my attention - it was semi-old with severely twisted and contorted branches. I sobbed my heart out when I saw it; I felt like Edvard Munch must have felt, feeling the whole SCREAM of nature. That tree was me, my own tortured body. I went and touched it and stroked it and we cried together.

What pain goes into the beauty of this manifestation.

Gill

PS. Yes, feel free to bow down anytime!!!
