Hi Cassie

I asked Ted exactly this same question some months ago - trouble is, I can't remember exactly what he replied! Are you in touch with him? Maybe best to ask him, if so.

I personally am getting that there can be no big, one Happy Family where everyone agrees and I see that this was an underlying "governing sentimentality" of mine - that I had spent a lot of my life wanting everyone to agree, be happy, and therefore live harmoniously together. And, just as important, that would mean they wouldn't want to hurt me or kill me, ie. a romantic ideal but also a survival strategy. Spiritual notions of "oneness" fed into this ideal. For, after all, if we are all One, doesn't it make sense that we all co-operate, be nice to one another, etc. etc. etc. And that's another arena where Saniel's (and Ted's) teachings have been so revolutionary for me - to acknowledge the multiplicity of that Oneness. The separateness of your divinity and mine and everyone's, even if there is still only "One Divine". Recent postings in Ted's Journal on his website put it a lot better than I do.

Sorry if this doesn't exactly answer your question!

Much love and sloppy wet kissesXXX
