Here's something I wrote John after reading "Porchomania." I just have to get on board (get on porch?) and hark back with my visceral enthusiasm, my resonating with your vibe. Here's my rambling in response:

The thrum of voice as essential healing via core resonance. Transmission as a guitar string plucked at the core that reverberates in the listener’s own heart, duplicating that vibe. “Getting on your wavelength.” Well, if the guitar string is resonating the space of Amrita Nadi, then this thrum is its unprecedented sound. And it may just be the sound of the voice speaking in the moment and nothing more: no need for brilliant ideas, just the immediate human contact at the level of the heart-awakened voice. Could this be the magic of Wallace Stevens’ vision of poetry as “an unofficial view of being?” Can the voice alone cradle another at our deepest, unspeakable point of contact with infinite being? Can a post on a message board be enough to transmit a direct resonating connection with the ultimate well of being (and therefore, ultimate well being)? I think so. I think so…. Being on tap, freshly poured….
