I agree with both of you although I did not attend every game last season I saw a number of games in the last third of the season. I would suggest the following:
1. The manager should take a long hard look at himself, to finish in the position the club did on the budget he had is totally unacceptable. Before you get the cronies denying the club has a good playing budget, I have been told be someone who was involved with the club this season what it was and on that budget you should be finishing top 5 (at least)
2. The manager is clearly not up to managing at this level as he a. has no coaching ability b. never played the game before.

I would therefore challenge the so called progressive club to not class the escape from relegation a successful season but realise it wasa a near miss and then thank the manager for his hard work and appoint a progressive, knowledgeable manager who will take the club forward.
