Sorry beccs but I'm with the G-man here.
12 full arb hills is so absurd it makes my legs hurt just sitting here. Tower hills have a much less severe grade and an easy stretch next to the parking lot. Thats not to say that 20 of em, isn't a crazy hard workout.

Good to here from you Gorman. Just got back from spring break, might get sent to Japan to work, or planning on grad school, and started up running last week too, 26 miles, some upbeat.

Had a mild fracture in my foot for some time, year or two, don't know how it happen, it was mostly healed by what the x-rays showed and the doc said take a month off to let some more healing occur. Wanted to get it checked before I got serious again.
