Takes a little shine off of Marco for a bit. Was getting dicey all the praise. We need him around for one more season as I believe we're on the cusp of something special, but need a bit more time both in terms of transfers and bedding in new players. Today was a case in point. Our midfield 3 was near perfect against Palace, but ESR and Andreas were out of it today. They had the absolute number on Nelson. And they seemed to have worked out how to exploit Andersen's lack of pace and exposure with Tete's advanced role. These are the kinds of things I'd expect Marco to have ironed out by the end of the season as those new players get bedded in more (and Andreas into his role).

On a separate note, what happened to Berge? In the press conference Marco was pretty clear he didn't think Lukic was ready for a full 90. Then Berge not even in the match day squad. Assume he got a last minute injury?
