Subject: This is exactly the sort of thing that a Fans Advisory Board would be able to assist with, if the club had followed a proper recruitment/appointment process and actually appointed people with some knowledge of the fanbase.

I wrote to them about Chelsea which was absurd and got a reply back citing the Spurs game (!) for which they did use points and 'sales were slow'.
