Subject: All those things can be true while also not preventing good performances. Do you think the coaching staff don't work on the individual players to improve them, or the scouting staff don't actively seek out new players to address weaknesses? There's nothing I dislike more than the smug "everything is perfect you should all just be quiet, while posting on a forum" posts when we win. What's the point? Enjoy the win and let others do so also thanks.
