Subject: Completely agree. And its a proven method of team leadership. There are others, but this is his. All this "but what about the grassroots!?" pearl clutching reminds of the silliness we've seen over rock and rap music and video games. As someone who's worked with youth in a variety of contexts, from young offenders in H&F, to those in conflicts around the world, I can say pretty categorically the fault for bad behavior lies elsewhere than the occasional rant of the likes of Silva or Wilson
