  • I've never ever bought into setting up for a draw- it just doesn't exist. You can set up to be solid defensively but you can't play for a draw. Our "back 5" hasn't been in the games in reality as the full backs have been playing so high. I'm not a huge fan of it either BTW, but imagine we changed as Berge was out.     • if you have 7 players on the pitch whos main role, is to protect the goal, then yes you are setting up for the draw with the hope you can nick one. and our full backs push up all the time in a back four. and they look a lot worse in a 5, so maybe swap robinson and castagne out for proper wingers if you want 5 across the middle and 3 centre backs (NT) -- hg, Thursday, January 09, 11:38:57am (NoHost/31.94.64.40)
