Subject: If there's one thing with rumours we can be fairly confident of its that we're unlikely to make big money signings of players from overseas w/o PL experience. Since 2018 we have only paid 8 figures on 2 such players: Bassey & Palhinha, though Bassey was London-raised and played in Scotland so really its just Palhinha, who looks more-and-more of an outlier every window. If the Andre saga taught us anything its that in reality we're seeking a PL-proven alternative to a foreign player rumour

  • Re: Igor Jesus… yes please! There definately 'is' something funny when it comes to Fulham in the transfer market. Brighton can buy low and sell high. McAllister and Cicedo for example. Yet when Fulham want to buy this CF who is no better than Vinny is rated £30m? Palhinha was only £50m when Brighton got how much for their CMids? Now the case of Periea. £20m? when Villa can get Ipswicth to pay £21m for some kid winger?
