Subject: He just needs time. He's not fast and his passing isn't great, but he's got a pretty remarkable strikers instinct in the box, has the physicality and aerial threat and puts in a shift defensively. But he's still very raw. Just 23 with 132 matches under his belt across all teams he's played for. As a point of reference, Mitro had something like 224 matches at the same age. With more games he'll gain some nous and I reckon he'll be a force.
