  • Right from the start (at Blackburn, later at Stoke) and then later -- think Villa (H) -- and for sure last night, a fair few of his goals have been of really high quality in (important to note) different styles -- bullet header, screamer, nip in where there didn't seem time/space, swivel on the turn..... So he's capable of top stuff in varied ways. Clearly, he's not the finished article, but has had a very promising 12 months whether judged by stats or evidence of eyes.
