Subject: This is true, but my perception is that Prem clubs who are more likely to complain are the so-called big ones who play in Europe and reach the latter stages of the cups more often. I think they complain more than the average Prem clubs. But I agree that it's a bit nonsensical, they are only the tip of the pyramid, not the whole of it.
