Subject: "Suggest you get off your high horse and get out of London occasionally". I live in Reading. I lived in Barnet for the first 20 years of my life, then lived in Enfield, Bedford, South Oxfordshire, and now Reading for the last 30 years. I'm sure HH has it's good points, most places do, but the negative spot light only misses HH because Luton and Milton Keynes are nearby. I know of 3 people who have lived in Mansfield and no longer do. I know the reasons why too.
In reply to: HemelRog 's message, "Ha how about two cricket clubs,Henry v111,Ski Centre,Surrounded by nice countryside and so forth.Just a couple of miles away Berkhamsted Castle(Black Prince),Graham Greene and Ashridge.Still ignorance is bliss(I should know).Plenty of nice countryside in Notts. and Derbys. It’s just the attitude and politics in some of the towns.Suggest you get off your high horse and get out of London occasionally." on Monday, January 13, 09:03:03am
