We totally do.inated this game we were by far the better side. Dominated possession shots etc. We threw away this game by making schoolboy errors. Sometimes we need to get the ball forward more quickly. There is nothing wrong with a long ball occasionally. I don't subscribe to this knocking certain players. Sometimes players can have below par games even so we should have equalised at the end. The players never gave up and showed passion and desire. Regroup move on learn from the mistakes.

Just for balance, we now have only 2 wins in the last 10 PL games. Last night may have been hard to take but its hardly a one-off. Form equates to 46 points over the season, well off a European place that some on here think was/is achievable. It's a results business and we are not getting the results that the stats indicate we should. Wolves , Ipswich (x2), Southampton , WHU (x2) and Everton game total of 5 points from a possible 21. Yes we beat a severely depleted Palace and just got over the line v Leicester . Much as these missed points may be offset against those gained from the better sides , why have we dropped so many points when we should not have done ? We appear so much more disciplined and structured against more threatening opponents . Complacency , arrogance even ?? - Even against Palace, one of the most one-sided away wins in recent memory, I spent most of the game feeling stressed out / frustrated that we hadn't put it to bed earlier - the fact there was still something for them to play for all the way until whenever Wilson's goal went (80 mins or so) was a travesty.   - What is frustrating is we are an experienced, battle hardened prem team who should manage situations better. Brining in players like Anderson should give us that edge in games, but we invariably find ways of letting teams back in or not grasping moments. If we had a load of youngsters and finding our way I’d get it, but we are buying more experienced pros with little resale, but who should be better in big moments.
