Subject: I believe this is a relatively simple one. Fayed purchased the club for the price shown above (this included £3.5m of debt), and a separate organisation (Belloc Limited IIRC) purchased the ground. The asset value at the time was £9m. Over time it all got moved about and ended up in Fulham Stadium Ltd. So in short, the ground isn't part of the figure being quoted for what he paid, the club and ground together were about £15m in total.
