Subject: I don't understand why people think my argument weird. It's not a weird argument further down the pyramid in non league. This is the most prestigious domestic league in the world, and thry are no new comers to the scene. There should be a minimum capacity for the PL. I'd set it at 17 - 20 k, probaly the higher end, and perhaps give clubs 3 seasons to comply. As stated by SOS, they probably haven't got around to it because the broadcasting revenues more than compensate.
