Subject: They are not temporary, they are normally permanent structures, like in Croydon and Liverpool. The main feature is a large screen to watch sport or a concert whilst getting drunk. A sort of mecca for Chaves and as you say, where would one go in Fulham, even if we wanted one, which we don't.
