Subject: Season Ticket transfer

The ST holder who sits next to me is not attending the Chelsea game. He has agreed in principle to transfer his ticket to me so that a friend of mine can attend. The ticket office said you can do this in the week before the game. Can anyone who has done this please explain the easiest way of doing it, as I believe you can do it via the club website and over the phone. And no my friend is neither a Chelsea fan or a tourist. He lives on the Clem Attlee estate.
