End to the season. To avoid a relegation fight next season a major overhaul of the squad is necessary. Also it is possible we may also require a new manager.
However I am not convinced we have the necessary expertise at the club to purchase the type of players we require. Indeed if Marco goes the owners should also bring in a director of football with the appropriate expertise.
Another point the building of the new stand seems to have taken an eternity and is still not fully operational. Who allowed this to occur?
I hate to say this but I envy Brighton, Bournemouth and Even Brentford who have all got decent managers and backroom staff and have progressed more than we have.
