Subject: Season Ticket Renewal

Received an email invitation to renew today but can't see anything definitive about having a card again next season (as an old wotsit) beyond this on the web site:
"Following on from a successful 2024/25 Premier League season, digital season passes will continue to be distributed to fans as the default method of entry into Craven Cottage.
The Club will support fans who require further assistance on digital entry and understand there will be some exemption groups, who will be able to apply for an alternative entry method." How do we apply for an alternative?
