Subject: There are 2 separate aspects - on the pitch stuff and off the pitch stuff. Ali Mac should, ideally, have limited say re on the pitch stuff other than appointent of managers, setting of budgets and ensuring FFP compliance. My understanding is that re off the pitch stuff he reports directly to SK. So not sure too much blame can be apportioned his way for the team performance but the fiasco of the new stand delays and the antagonising of the legacy fan base really are not feathers in his cap

  • Not sure there's much of a "rot"! New stand may not be open 100% but it's actually built compared to predecessors who did nothing but threaten to move us away. We've secured 3 x seasons in the Premier League. Shown "ambition" in the transfer market backing the best manager we've had in years. The underlying numbers indicate that we've underperformed, not over performed while approaching our league record points. If this is "rot" long may it thrive!
