Subject: Apart from 'Rising Damp', I can't remember any sit com on ITV that i found consistently funny. Could be my memory's poor, but 'Bless This House', 'G&M', 'On the Buses', 'Robin's Nest', even 'Please Sir' were patchy at best, or totally unfunny in my opinion. Compare them to 'The Likely Lads', Steptoe & Son, 'Til Death us do Part', 'Sykes', Life and Times of Reginald Perin'.
