Subject: This is top end speed though, far more important asset is acceleration, how quick you are over the first 5-10 yards, which Traore excels at. He is all power conducive to going from a stand still to top speed quickly, whereas haaland/VDV whilst having a higher top end take longer to get going, which isn’t as useful to be honest. Robinson I’d say is more the latter given he’s taller and has a longer stride. It’s not top speed but how quickly you get there which is more important.

  • I read one of these articles from last year - I think from the Premier League - that had Berge as one of the fastest. There's top speed and there's acceleration. Adama combines crazy acceleration, with ridiculous power and solid top speed. Before a defender can get up to their top speed, he's long gone! No surprise on Robinson covering so much ground or sprinting so much. He really does work hard. (NT) -- eganonoa, Thursday, October 17, 11:21:39am (vlan136.as01.lax1.us.m247.com/185.230.126.197)
