Subject: I read one of these articles from last year - I think from the Premier League - that had Berge as one of the fastest. There's top speed and there's acceleration. Adama combines crazy acceleration, with ridiculous power and solid top speed. Before a defender can get up to their top speed, he's long gone! No surprise on Robinson covering so much ground or sprinting so much. He really does work hard.

  • I heard from a good source many years ago that Aaron Hughes was quick over 3 or 4 yards and his anticipation and reactions were excellent. The perfect foil for Hangeland. (NT) -- Bad Boy, Thursday, October 17, 11:46:22am (NoHost/2.222.160.125)
  • Which adds to discussion the idea of the first few yards being "in the head." (NT) -- b+w g., Thursday, October 17, 12:04:45pm (68.52.159.143.dyn.plus.net/143.159.52.68)
