I read one of these articles from last year - I think from the Premier League - that had Berge as one of the fastest. There's top speed and there's acceleration. Adama combines crazy acceleration, with ridiculous power and solid top speed. Before a defender can get up to their top speed, he's long gone! Yep. As a guest I attended a MP training session under Roy who instructed one of his staff to “get that gym bunny (Hughes) outta that fuckin gym”. It seems Aaron wanted more of a work out at the end of training session. Same day Hodgson ordered Dempsey back to changing rooms. Apparently Dempsey ignored orders to calm down in a knock about 6 v 6. Evidently Hodgson was a stickler for a quality v quantity work out.
