It’s dying not because it’s no less entertaining, but because outside Englsnd home games and the big series against India and Aussies people are unfortunately losing interest in it. There are at most 500 in the ground in this test match and they were giving tickets away for free. Test will always be the best, but unfortunately T20 and the behemoth of the IPL are the money makers and outside the big 3 less and less test cricket is played, it’s sad. -- SW6.doc

Pakistan's a mess & this isnt the 1st time they've had low attendances for a non-India match. Days with empty stadia has always been a feature of tours of the subcontinent. But everyone is so hyper-focused on it now because of the endless T20 panick. The quality is still there, the games are exciting & while attendances have dropped they haven't fallen off a cliff. I've heard that argument re only the big 3 are drawing real interest. But wasn't it always the case except during the WI heyday?
