  • Where I think we'll see him is as a substitute in games where we switch to a back three. So I think he ends up supplanting Diop on the bench (again, poor Diop!). But he wasn't a guaranteed starter at Villareal. Made 21 starts last year, 10 the year before. He'll play for sure, but I don't think he came to us under any understanding that he'd be a guaranteed starter.
