Who from last night’s starting 11 has given Silva a ‘headache ‘ as to whether to consider starting them this Saturday ? Stroking the ball around and expecting to beat an average Championship side because of our quality just wasn’t good enough nor acceptable enough on the night . Silva will be inwardly furious at the lack of intensity demonstrated last night . As for our Strikeforce…..bitterly disappointing . How many of us wanted Muniz to play , score and get his confidence back up ? Did he seize that opportunity ? Did Jimenez make a scrap of difference ? Where is that ‘presence’ up front striking fear into opponents ? As someone said the other day , failing to replace Mitro with anyone was Criminal, and now ( not that we’ll ever know ) perhaps selling Stansfield was an equally big mistake . But but but ‘we have goals throughout the Team now ‘!!!!!!

I thought it was a typical Fulham performance. Very good until the usual random ball into the penalty area and a nearly complete lack of movement in the box. A top striker would help of course but better attacking coaching is the solution. And a dead ball coach. - Same old story as you say, got some nice on the eye footballers, who would easily get into all our rivals teams but none have an eye for goal, their career stats enforce this view. I listened to the game last night and every time the ball “went into the box” or across “the penalty area” I waited to hear Muniz’s name mentioned ..: rare occurrence.
