Subject: Well we need some players with high levels of self-belief. I'd argue that ESR's muted display is something we'll see more of because he is clearly a "nicer" personality. The other side of the coin to Saturday's Andreas disaster is that his arrogance does make him try things others won't, and we need that. But he shouldn't have public strops about one of his teammates like he did vs Forest and he can't fall apart when things don't go his way post-strop, like he did vs Villa.
