I know you've lost more than your fair share of loved ones recently, and that must be hard. Unfortunately, my mom died last year so I can only imagine how you must feel.

The only advice I can offer is that dreams are our way of dealing with our feelings. So you're probably upset at all your loved ones leaving you and probably feel some element of guilt (which you shouldn't!) but it's normal to feel that way. I know I still do.

Maybe recognizing it as part of the emotional healing process will make you less upset about these dreams?
