I hope I didn't make you mad by my reply to your question about what the argument had to do with Dune. I have to admit that I was bored with the argument by then, but I did feel the topic was relevant even if the actual posts weren't. That happens occasionally so I didn't think it was a big deal.
I agree that we should stay on topic or at least make sure our arguments are relevant to Dune before posting them. I think the real problem is the lack of tying our arguments to the series and of course the name calling. But please don't leave this board because we got carried away.

BTW this is still a way better board than the SciFi one any day.
