The last I had read there was some question about whether Mitchell would even be eligible academically to play, even if he were reinstated to the university and the team; dependent upong whether he withdrew from classes, or dropped classes. That seems like a legit issue. At any rate, shouldn't these pre-season polls/teams be based on the players that are CURRENTLY on the roster?
