  • I think the team will be better this year than last. So from an outside perspective, they might weigh that Mel is gone but in reality we gained so much more in TJ and company-Martin, Jones, Wright and Talley. I also think you will see much improvement with Marhold after his eye surgery. I think TJ and Mike push Eric to take it to an even higher level. Damian plays out of his mind this year.
