Subject: Good points AR. I am a little more optimistic. I think we will win 20 to 21 games. The keys are obvious that Saunders, Clark and Evans need to stay healthy and play to their capabilities. I look to Evans to be much better as he will be able to spend time off the ball. High octane, in your face for 40 minutes. TJ, Talley & Air J gettin double digit minutes, JJ and D-Mart spot minutes. Damien first team A10, McConnell All Frosh. Dukes go to NIT

  • I always respect your contributions AR. But I put more stock in the Damian factor. He plays even bigger and better this year and rallies support around him. Clark puts emotion into the team and stays under control. Eric steps up a level as well. TJ makes a splash, he becomes a freshman sensation in the league. They are not rose colored glasses, they're vermillion. (NT) -- Stevie, Thursday, October 07, 04:59:37pm
  • I think you are looking at a reasonable best case scenario. AR is looking at it without any wishful thinking. (NT) -- duq81, Thursday, October 07, 06:30:17pm
  • I'm with you Stevie. I think if Saunders and Evans play up a level from last year, and we get the old, intense Billy Clark back, that should equate to at least 17 wins. But even without bringing the freshmen into the discussion, Monteiro has improved each year, Peggeau finally seems healthy, and Johnson and Marhold should be ready to make more of a contribution. My guessed bestimate is 20 wins going into the A-10 Tournament, and a deep run controlling our postseason destiny. (NT) -- El Duque, Thursday, October 07, 08:23:43pm
