He goes to see the infectious disease specialist tomorrow and we will make a "plan" then. She is apparently the leading expert on KD in the Austin area so I am confident that we will get excellent advice. We met her at the hospital Thursday and she was very nice and personable. Jayton was a toot while she was there so I hope he's a little more reasonable tomorrow morning. From what I understand it will be a month before we know if he has developed any coronary aneurisms or any other kind of heart disease. KD is the leading cause of heart disease that begins in childhood. I didn't realize that only about 6,000 kids nationwide develop KD and just 10 -20 in the Austin area.

Time for bed so I need to get jammies on my little guy.

Thanks for asking about him though :)
