Her hands tighten at her sides at she looks intently out at the light. Completely ignoring the boy, she turns around and runs a few yards to a tall tree. Swinging herself up on the lowest branch, she quickly reaches the top. Lookiing out from up high she sees... she sighs, for all she can see is the dull glow. She drops down from the tree and changes into a small brown and black wolf, then races out into the retreating surf. As she paddles out, she hears a frightened holler from the boy. Forgot he was watching... she thinks to herself, but he is behind her now and she presses on against the icy current, wondering what she will find.
