Former Bklyn Canarsie resident

Hi everyone:
I was born in Bklyn, lived in Canarsie on E 102nd st in the Bayview Housing Project. My folks & I moved out of the area in January 1959 to live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I never went to any schools back there. My parents went to New Utrecht HS (dad), Jefferson HS (mom). Other family members went to Tilden HS (2 uncles), Lafayette HS (3 cousins) & Ft Hamilton HS (1 other cousin).

So just sort of saying hi to the group.. I remember some things from when I was a kid.. Central Park Zoo, Sheepshead Bay, Bed-Stuy area, Canarsie Pier & Coney Island.
