Continuing the saga of the USEast upgrade, the Bnet team posted that they think they have the
packet loss problem licked:

"Earlier this evening a major packet loss problem was identified. A likely solution was put
in place shortly after the issue was posted. The U.S. East connection has been under
close watch since the fix. No further problems have been observed. The issue is now
considered fixed, although the connection will remain under close observation."

The capacity of USEast has more than doubled as a result of this work, so go play instead of
studying and fail all your finals.
