True enough, though that may be inevitable in the sense that most flaws of adulthood are aspects of the failure to grow up. It's important not to carry this too far, though, since it risks being tautological at some point. In particular, I'm not convinced it applies to Willow in S6. I prefer to see her flaw as abuse of power, which I think of as an adult flaw (consistent with my view that Willow was an adult by the end of S5). However, the issues with Willow in S6 are sufficiently muddled that reasonable people could characterize her differently.
