Peytona pricked her ears towards him once again, allowing herself to settle once again. SHe could feel that it would close to time for her foal, and this was one of the many reason why she was put up at night, also because of the potential that someone would try and steal the prized mare, which wouldn't be good. Peytona didn't mind being put up in a stall at night, that was when she felt safe, eventhough she shouldn't as she is in a refined confinement, and anything that wanted to get her would be able to in a matter of seconds. But she had learned to trust the humans that they wouldn't allow anything to hurt her. The mare lived in the mare barn, just a few feet away from the stallion barn that was always noisy as they nickered towards the in season mares, and then of course Eclipse just wanting to get out. She gave him another soft nuzzle as they both stood there, being as relaxed as they would allow thereselves. Peytona knew that she would be sent away from him as soon as they would have to leave, and never had she felt herself become so attached to another, it was quite odd.
