I haven't seen Ice Cream Man, but I did purchase a VERY cheap copy of Loving Deadly on eBay. It came in the same shipment as Final Equinox, which, BTW, is probably a decent movie if what you're really into is random acts of soft-core porn (DW does not participate). Oh, thank god, I only paid 99 cents for Loving Deadly (same sort of soft-core stuff interspersed). Even though it has DW it is completely unwatchable, although mildly amusing during his one love scene (he looks REALLY uncomfortable and practically runs off of his partner). What can I say about a movie that has DW playing twins distinguished by a moustache and a western belt buckle? Don't buy it, someone massacred perfectly innocent plastic to make this cassette.
I've only seen Quest of the Delta Knights on MST3K, and laughed through it. Felony is actually not that bad and you see a lot of DW, but SOMEBODY please tell me why he chews gum through the entire movie?
Speaking of seeing a lot of DW, get your VCR's ready, Bravo usually shows Cinderella around Christmas and it's well worth seeing. DW looks great.
