The only way to do this would be if you were friends with a member- (the person/ company that owns the box) and that they were willing to give/let you buy a ticket.
Members who do not want to use their tickets for the Last Night (few and far between) are then asked to return the tickets to the Royal Albert Hall for the Box Office to sell.
The chances of being able to sub-let a box are therefore very small.
